We also ensure our subcontractors commit to and abide by the same legal, ethical and human rights responsibilities and obligations held by the parent company and outlined in the ISO 18788 International Standard.

Our management system in addition conforms to ISO31000:2018 – Risk Management Principles and Guidelines. Ethics Hotline and Complaint & Grievance Procedures
Tutare Group is committed to complying with the letter and spirit of all laws, regulations, contractual and ethical obligations of this industry and our own fundamental corporate values.
As part of the Tutare Group commitment to legal, moral and ethical business practices, the company has a complaint and grievance procedure for employees, personnel working on our behalf, and outside third parties to report issues regarding the company or its personnel.
Complaints or grievances can be raised through our Red Flag Policy directly to your primary Tutare Group point of contact or through our Ethics Hotline.
Our Ethics Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
